Villa Canoas Hotel - Foz do Iguaçu

the fact that this is not a hotel, it's more like a hostel, but we paid for a hotel,

The breakfast is very good.

The hotel personnel misinformed us about the closing time of the iguazu fall park. We took a cap and we were not able to get in. Iguazu falls is the only reason to travel there and they donot even know the timetables. Also the room's window was overlooking to a wall which would be very depressing if we stayed for more than one night

Friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. Cheap and stable internet connection via WiFi. Good breakfast. Close to bus terminal.

Small beds. Loud air conditioning and street. Power outlets go off when leaving room; bad for charging devices. few table space.

Very cheap. Close to bus station, which was great for us as we just wanted to go to the falls. Small, but comfortable clean room. Man at reception was very helpful and spoke english.

The electric "hot" shower was luke warm a best, was left feeling very cold afterwards.

Very helpful staff, close to buses which lead you to iguassu falls. Also close to city centre and other amenities. If you want to visit cataratas falls, this is your hotel.

wi-fi is against payment

Location: very close to the bus station to visit the waterfalls. Comfortable beds. Low price compared to similar hotels in the area.

There was no air condition in the room as the weather is very hot and humid during the summer season. The stuff did not speak any English or Spanish.

Things are overpriced in Foz so in that context Villa Canoas is pretty good. It would be overpriced in most other cities.

This hotel is very close to the Bus station which makes getting to the National Park very easy. The Bus station has to bus to go to Argentina as well. The hotel had very nice decor and clean rooms. I would stay there again.

1.The room was new and clean. 2.The location was good. Close to the bus terminal. 3. The breakfast for the was pretty good (to compare with the other hotels 2 stars**). 4. The stuff was friendly, though didn't speak english.

1. The room were not cleaned every day. The towels were not changed every day. 2. The staff practucally doesn't speak english. Though there were one guy who did.

The staff has been very kind to help us with our luggage issue.

El desayuno es su principal virtud. Muy limpio y ordenado. Volvería a alojarme en este hotel.

Con niños chicos se rompió el agua caliente , le avisamos al portero y hasta el día que nos retiramos no lo habían arreglado y dos veces me tuve que bañar con agua fría.Hotel sin ascensor y piscina.

Nos ha gustado el servicio de limpieza de la habitaciòn, todo el servicio de desayuno, la limpieza e higiene del comedor y habitaciones, el personal de servicio del comedor

No me gusto la atencion gerencial o administrativa por cuanto no les intereso hacernos conocer alternativas y atractivos, no nos acercaron mapas ni nos preguntaron absolutamente nada relacionado con nuestro proposito alli, no nos gustaron las habitaciones, muy chicas y basicas para el precio que cobran, no tiene ascensor, pensamos que no les importo que estuvieramos alli, ni que volvamos al hotel en otra oportunidad. No obtuvimos un servicio personalizado de informacion, falta esa parte de atencion al cliente.

Localização

Não há tomadas de energia no quarto, o frigobar fica vazio, vc tem que pegar o que quiser na portaria e abastece-lo, eu estava com minha família e cheio de malas, ninguém nos ajudou a subir nada até o 3° andar e de escadas!
